The next stage of VadenHill!
VadenHill has turned out to be a well liked feature. Even more so that I thought. With the recent forum discussions of possible upgrades for it, Lilith le Fay suggested having an option to use your unused humans to earn your coven EXP. With new features coming up to earn coven EXP I didn't see a problem adding this one in either.
Ok, so what's changed?
When you're rank 20 you can opt to use your humans to earn some exp for your coven. After you have harvested a human an option will appear to give the human to your coven. There is a small chance that taking that human to your coven requires a feed to be used, which means you must have at least 1 feed to do this. There is also another small chance that your human becomes quickly rotten after you take them from their harvesting place. The juiciness left of the human determins the chance of you getting the human to your coven in one piece. The table below shows the success chance:
Juiciness: 10/10 = 90% Success Chance
Juiciness: 9/10 = 80% Success Chance
Juiciness: 8/10 = 70% Success Chance
Juiciness: 7/10 = 60% Success Chance
Juiciness: 6/10 = 50% Success Chance
Juiciness: 5/10 = 40% Success Chance
Juiciness: 4/10 = 30% Success Chance
Juiciness: 3/10 = 20% Success Chance
Juiciness: 2/10 = 10% Success Chance
Juiciness: 1/10 = 0% Success Chance
If you successfully return the human to your coven you'll give your coven exp based upon your rank. Your coven doesn't get to do anything with the human when it's been delivered, this is simply for gaining exp.
Sound good?
I've also added a link at the bottom of VadenHill to a page which explains all of this and the other VadenHill features. Couple other small changes I've made you'll be glad to know:
- It now says x/25 humans you have to make it more clear you can only have 25.
- And reduced the chance of not getting a succesful feed off a human.
I hope you Vadenhillers like this new update & continue to enjoy it. I will run this for a while, see how it turns out & act on any feedback if necessary.
Couple new daily quests coming soon as with more story quests in the works!
Enjoy,
Ash

Yay! And a winning suggestion fro Lilith!
Yay!!! Already tried it out...love it! Thanks Ash, you too Lilith le Fay!
cool i seen this thread:) nice to see it implemented -aid
I like it:)
Kinda cool.
Excellent idea!
yes, more quests.
Will there be a way to track human donations within the coven? Obviously a newspost in the coven news would bog things down if this was done by a lot of people, but possibly a stat on the members pages for 'humans donated' or something to that effect?
I love it
Fantastic, can't wait to try it out! Nice job Lilly Doll!
Great idea. Perfect for those of us who dislike the whole concept of vampires killing each other for blood. (a terminology issue, really - "duel" until energy/health is depleted in order to gain battling status is fine but "killing" for blood is rather silly considering vampires have no life - and therefore also no blood - in them.) This way we can gain experience for our covens without necessarily going around "killing" our own kind, and puts the emphasis where it belongs - on hunting HUMANS. Thank you!
@Anon
"dislike the whole concept of vampires killing"
fuck me when you think people can't say anything more stupid they do, its a game, this is what happens on such games, dont like it, go get some cotton wool.
I think that it is good idea but rank 20? I though that it there to help new and weaker players, not the stronger ones
Technically the whole "rank 20" concept isn't that freaking hard. I mean seriously, at my current rank where I am lucky to rank once a day, I could have gotten to rank 20 IN A DAY back when I started. You thinking gaining only hundreds of blood is hard? Try aiming to get 10's of thousands of blood in a day....
How is earning coven exp supposed to help weaker players? That feature isn't built for the weaker players.
I think they think that being a rank 20 player means you have to be a "strong" player... -_- No0bs, its seriously not hard to rank to 20.
i like it Ash, thanks for a job well done. as for the low ranks, maybe you guys should just enjoy the game dynamics for what they are and stop obsessing about your rank since you get killed anyway.
Wow very good!
do tou know that op to get them fangs ? ..... im getting it ! <3 and also i need a boyfriend!! x
Wow this isnt a dating sight jeez and love love love the idea! its great, and i agree this is for the stronger vamps, but hopefully also giving the noobs the drive to work for rank 20 and hopefully stop being so noobie..
WHOOP WHOOP!!!!!
