I have finally just got off the phone with a VAT specialist and here is the result:
All non-EU players (so all you Americans and Canadians) are exempt from VAT, meaning you don't have to pay VAT at all.
All EU (Uk & Europe) players will be charged VAT.
BUT there is better news, you have to have $x revenue before you have to start to charge VAT. And that limit is made up on ONLY VATable revenue (i.e UK and Europe). As 90% of people who play and pay for RoB are American i am nowhereeeeeeeeee near that limit meaning no1 will have to pay VAT until RoB gets like 10 times bigger (Which wont happen anytime soon but when it hits this limit it will be UK+Europe people only who pay VAT, but when that time comes i'll work out a way where you get extra stuff to make up for the VAT you pay. but don't worry now!).
Sweet huh? All this legal crap gives me a headache.

It'll be wherever you are currently located. But as i said, its not gonna happen for a while so dont worry about it.
If anyone has an appreciation of legal headaches that you are suffering from? It would be me. I live it daily as my job requirement demands it of me to be well versed in US Federal and my State's laws statutes regarding my field of work.
Now you had to go tease everyone again and get the RoB minions lathering again... it's become quite the rumored topic.
Yes, I must admit you have mildly piqued my interest, but I have not lost hours of conversation over it as well. My attitude is you will reveal when you are darn good and ready to reveal and no amount of "bullying" will change this fact. Therefore, I content myself in simply waiting and be mildly surprised when it happens.
Glad to hear the clarification of said taxation will not take effect immediately and such said taxes will be enforced upon a certain trigger event which will be quite some time, but said taxes will offer a compromise to those particular residents in the above named affected countries will receive alternate compensations for having to meet the burdens of "government donations".
It is good to hear you have it all worked out Ash. Now everyone who was getting all bent out of shape over the laws can sit back, relax and just play the game instead of making your life harder.

That is outstanding even though I live in the U.S. I'm glad that Europe will not have to pay the tax for a long time.... But as for that 10 times bigger thing we will have to work on that ;)... Great Job Ash
